RENTAL STUDIO

Thank you for using the studio rental services at 88681 Cafe Dance Studio.
Before using the studio, please carefully review the following Terms & Conditions.
By using this studio, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms stated below.
Please note that these Terms & Conditions may be modified, added to, or removed at the discretion of the studio without prior notice.
Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate removal from the studio.
Depending on the nature of the violation, the matter may be reported to the police. Thank you for your understanding.

【Reservations & Cancellations】
Rental Fee: ¥2,000 per 30 minutes, (Standard rate) ¥2,000 per 30 minutes; (Weekdays 10:00–18:00) ¥1,500 per 30 minutes.

Cancellations may be made up to three (3) days prior to the scheduled date of use (excluding the day of use).
For cancellations made after this period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental fee will be charged.
Thank you for your understanding.

※If you plan to hold an event that involves ticket sales, an additional fee will apply, so please be sure to contact us in advance.

【Facilities & Equipment】
Wi-Fi / Bluetooth / 3 wired speakers / 2 microphones / Dimmable lighting

【Prohibited Activities】
The following activities are strictly prohibited.
If any prohibited activity is confirmed, the studio reserves the right to immediately revoke the user’s eligibility to use the studio. In such cases, the user shall have no right to raise any objections.
If any prohibited activity causes damage or loss to the studio, the studio may claim full compensation for the damages from the responsible user, and no objections shall be accepted.
When using the studio, one representative must be designated. The representative is responsible for managing and supervising all participants to ensure that none of the following prohibited activities occur.
(a) Use at excessively loud volumes that disturb other customers
(b) Smoking inside the studio
(c) Leaving trash brought into the studio (including inside the studio, hallways, or around the building)
(d) Damage to studio facilities, equipment, or furnishings
(e) Acts that violate laws or local regulations
(f) Acts that cause or may cause damage or harm to other customers or the studio
(g) Acts that interfere with the operation of the studio
(h) Acts that may result in complaints from nearby residents or other studio users

【Disclaimer】
Any disputes or issues between users shall be resolved solely at the users’ own responsibility.
The studio shall not be held liable for any such matters.

【Police Notification & Disclosure of Personal Information】
If any criminal activity or any act in violation of laws or regulations occurs within the studio, the studio may notify the police based on a report from the affected party or at the discretion of the studio.
In such cases, the studio may disclose part or all of a user’s personal information, as deemed necessary by the studio administrator, without obtaining prior consent from the user.
Personal information will be disclosed in accordance with instructions from relevant authorities in the following cases:
(a) When required by a court order
(b) When disclosure is legally requested in accordance with the laws of Japan
